- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with ESG data collection and reporting.
- Not misuse, disrupt, or exploit any aspect of the platform or services.
4. Data Ownership & Access
- All ESG, emissions, and personal data entered by users remain the sole property of the respective users or their organizations.
- By using the platform, you grant us the right to store, process, and analyze this data only for the purpose of operating and improving the platform, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
5. Account Security
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Any and all activities that occur under your account.
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CO2ToolZero and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Any loss of data, business, revenue, or profits, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
The platform is provided “as-is” and used at your own risk.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:
- If you breach these terms or misuse the platform.
- If required by law or for platform maintenance or security reasons.
